Welp, the dandelion wine is... struggling lol.

I noticed a lot of bubbles, so I gently tried opening a bottle. It gushed EVERYWHERE. I got enough on my face to notice it's super sweet, so I think it has too much sugar still?

Lost 30-50% letting off the pressure, we'll see what we can salvage 🤞
