Just got some new spinning fiber after finishing my starter hank, and wow! I don't know what that first fiber was, but in comparison, this is a dream to spin. My test yarn is so much slimmer and more consistent, and I love the colors so so much!

Just got some new spinning fiber after finishing my starter hank, and wow! I don't know what that first fiber was, but in comparison, this is a dream to spin. My test yarn is so much slimmer and more consistent, and I love the colors so so much!

Back to work full time tomorrow, and I've finally beaten the cold that's destroyed my energy the last few weeks! I have some book 1 rewrites to prioritize, then plan to start a focused agent hunt while working to finish up book 2. Slow and steady, win race, etc etc, right?

Overly sweet, a bit predictable, but packed with good feels and schadenfreude. I connected to the hardworking, capable MC that struggles with social norms, faces rejection, but through that, finds her place in the world. The sister's arc was stellar too. Enjoyable!

Talking with my friend on how much we love Nerds Clusters going through the checkout line, and the cashier instantly clocks both me and my friend as autistic/ADHD based solely on our candy preferences. I didn't realize that was a tell but I sort of love it

Had my first successful three-day workweek! Looking like I'll be able to keep at my job, whew. I'm making more progress on writing as well, so good things there. Still got a ways to go health-wise, and I'm definitely suppressing my worries there... but I really hope I can keep improving from here!

Imagine Stardew Valley, with a Beatrix Potter aesthetic... and a mean streak. Wholesome and fun, but harrowing as well. Loved the heck out of my first playthrough, and can't wait to see how it evolves!
