It's Friday and the sun is shining!! Now...What would Dolly do?
I've had this one stashed away for a while as I was having trouble drawing Dolly's mouth. Then after Dolly's husband passed last month sharing didn't feel right. That'll be the rural Irish in me. Another fabulous woman ✔️ off the list.

Happy International Women's Day! 🎉

And as promised, here is my latest addition to the Celetic Mythology Collection, warrior woman and namesake of my beloved hometown - Ceithleann

In researching this one I found out so much more about her and her story than I'd ever heard before.

Prints heading off to Belgium and Pensylvania today - my art travels more than I do. All prints come with a cert of authenticity. Celtic myth prints also come with stories of each goddess/god. And packaged in fully recyclable/compostable packaging. 💚

Brigid’s eve, don’t forget to leave your scarves out tonight for Brigid to bless as she passes by. Supposed to be good for headaches and sore throats especially, ours helped my wee boy through an anxious sleepless patch. He still sleeps with it under his pillow.

Thinking of Ann Lovett today, ##otd 1984, 15yrs old & pregnant, she went to the grotto in Granard where she gave birth to a still born baby boy, she was found sometime later but died shortly after of hypothermia & blood loss. Her story shocked the country #speirgorm www.thejournal.ie/readme/ann-l...

Cringe is part of the process.
You’re not going to get your creative project off the ground if you’re afraid of being seen as cringe by friends and strangers. Cringe is unavoidable, just do the thing you want to do

May I suggest a bit of retail therapy with Irish designers.

Get on this - Severance is one of the best shows I have seen in a looong time.
A bold move by Apple here, their first attempt to do something, anything, to promote the dozens of quite good TV shows they've made at a cost of twenty billion dollars.
Between January 4 and January 5, you can stream all Apple Originals with no subscription required
