Invisible vampire strikes again!

I've had an iPad of some description for 13 years, and unluckily for me, today is the first time I've broken a screen. It's also been a matter of days since I removed the smart folio case which was falling to bits. There's no coincidence. Protect your screens, folks.

Went for an eye test yesterday. Still got the two. They threatened to charge me a fortune for new glasses but I uttered the magic words "I'm on the contact lens direct debit scheme" and the cost more than halved. I swear they just pretend not to know to trick people with more money than sense.

Waiting for the political press to stop furiously wanking over an unlikely leadership challenge.

I've never taken anything Richard Madeley said seriously before, I certainly ain't starting today.

Bring on the chaos with Ed Miliband.
Ed Miliband backed into second favourite to be next leader on Betfair, now has marginally shorter odds than Wes Streeting.

I spent quite a bit of time yesterday trying to think of the song a melody I'd come up with reminded me of as I was worried about subconscious plagiarism. The song came to me in a dream this morning - Nina Simone's Feeling Good, and fortunately my melody is nothing like it! #carryoncomposing

It's often been said that cryptocurrency was a solution looking for a problem. We just weren't aware the problem was how to pay your paedophile sex trafficker.
Please, my magic bean, it is very sick

Looking forward to Silent Witness returning this week and it's moved to Birmingham. Not the first time it's shifted location, series one to three were set in Cambridge before transferring to the big smoke.

The actress playing Miss Evangelista in #DoctorWho gets a mention in the Epstein files.
So if I’m understanding this sequence correctly, from Thanksgiving to Christmas 2012, Elon Musk was essentially pestering registered sex offender Jeffrey Epstein to throw him a wild party on the island.

Invision have apparently moved on from publishing #DoctorWho BTS fanzines… 🤭
So I signed up to the government‘s Ai Skills Hub Training and to have a look at the courses I had to say that it was ok for my data to be processed by PwC (for it is they who are running it) and some company called Invision who are very concerned that everything is governed by the laws of Virginia

Just catching up with the latest episode of The Night Manager. I struggle to believe Indira Varma's character would be able to sanction the murder of a colleague. The UK is not the US (yet). Slight caveat: the colleague has not been seen to be dead so may not be.

I hope the more left-leaning of Reform's fan base are asking themselves questions with this continuous stream of ex-Tory pricks joining up.
