i appreciate internationalisation etc, i just don’t wanna do more than the bare minimum when it comes to maintaining and protecting this bot. related: if someone comes up with an internationalisation framework, feel free to pr it to the bot’s repo and i’ll be happy to merge it in.

i would like to clarify that gork does not use any kind of language model or machine learning algorithm currently. unless you count if statements as machine learning algorithms which they are not.

in my noble quest—very ambitious, very full of dreams—to expand the range of phrases the bot responds to, i have accidentally caused it to reply to basically everything that is not exactly ‘@gork is this true’
