My advice, as a former call center supervisor, is to fish for ways to escalate your call to a supervisor. Upper management HATES when the supe call cue is long. We used to be in perpetual callback hell back where I worked and they constantly devoted extra resources to combating it.
Spoke to my source familiar with internal workings at Mastercard. The holiday call campaign re payment processor censorship is working, there is a lot of pressure being felt from your calls. This is resulting in increased response times at a core moment for Mastercard due to the holiday season

We should absolutely keep pressure up through the entire month of december as well, but I think the Black Friday to Cyber Monday weekend (27th-1st) is when everyone should be really PUSHING themselves to call as often as you are able to handle
