You promised to end corridor care — so why is it still happening?

Patients are treated in corridors without dignity or privacy. Staff are forced to deliver care they know isn’t safe.

This isn’t a winter pressure. It’s a national failure.

On the other side

A distant relative evades any type of work and is brash about not working. She once told her sisters she wouldn’t get out of bed for the money they earned cleaning and working in supermarkets.

No one knows how she gets away with this abuse of the system
I see both sides of this from personal experience.

A mate of mine fell from a ladder, only 2 metres up, hit his head on concrete. He’ll never work again as he can’t concentrate for more than a few minutes. Life ruined. Can’t drive, falls asleep most afternoons, loses track of conversations.
Jeremy Vine is vile, he posted this then deleted it.

Must be ashamed of the fact that encouraging hate for sick and disabled people went down so badly.

Don‘t let him escape so easily.

LTN’s protect all road users as they make areas safer by cutting out the through traffic.

A byproduct is cleaner air for all.
The new road safety strategy press release flags 2 particularly vulnerable groups - motorcyclists and pedestrian-children from deprived neighbourhoods.

The countermeasures listed only seem to deal with one, motorcyclists.

I’ll wait to see what is said about children.

Maduro heads a tyrannical regime who has subjected citizens to unspeakable horrors but a military extraction breaks so many laws.

If this was part of a restoration plan to bring back democracy to Venezuela great, but just to have a plan for getting control of oil and make money is not acceptable
BBC bosses slammed for ordering journalists to deny Maduro was 'kidnapped'.

Trump himself has said kidnapping isn’t a bad term for the US’s capture of Maduro and his wife.

Linguistic games are part of appeasement all round.

The ongoing shameful act of this government is beyond comprehension.

These people are not hardened terrorists they were just saying what the government doesn’t want to hear. The original proscribing was stupid but the persecution of placard wavers is beyond stupid. Especially for Labour Party

Why don’t the card companies put the reason they are sending the code.

How about this as an example:

We’re sending this code because you’re attempting to initiate an Apple Pay account. Don’t pass this code to anyone else.
