SEN. OSSOFF: “.. why are roving gangs of masked men — who look like they couldn’t pass the Army physical exam — dressed up like pretend Delta Force operators, on our streets, demanding papers, dragging people from their cars, and shooting people to death?”

Stepped out of my office in downtown SF and it is a zoo. We have very low flying nuke sniffer choppers, a dirt bike gang of cops, 2 advertising planes and a red tail hawk.

I'm still waiting for my Super Bowl VIP party invite.

"This has nothing to do with cycling. Please focus on cycling-related political activism."

If bikes aren't political why do we keep finding ourselves talking to politicians so often to have safe streets? #biketooter #bikeden […]

Doc, Steve Kerr, NBAPA and other major sports' leaders should keep speaking up. Ownership and commissioners like Adam Silver should speak up as well.

I just got tear gassed along with thousands of union members, many of whom had their families with them. Federal agents at the ICE facility tear gassed children. We must abolish ICE, DHS, and we must have prosecutions. I expect to see enforcement of our city code prohibiting the use of tear gas.

The regime is terrified, Trump ordered DHS to “under no circumstances” get involved with protests in Democratic-led cities.

The announcement is a day after millions of protesters took to the streets with many vowing to fight the regime & ICE. #3E #GoodvsEvil #NationalStrike

hey Square, shutting off a block of the primary N-S bike commute path, just as hundreds of parents are bringing their kids home after school, with zero indication of alternate routes, is a shitty thing to do and a great way to piss off thousands of people! @sfmta.com : just keep the bike lanes open

The hearing is tmrw in SF criminal court (9am; 850 Bryant, dept. 24) The driver admitted trying to transfer assets (property) to NV and still hasn't explained why they were driving 70 mph on a residential street w/o trying to brake. Killed a whole family.

If you're old enough, as I am, you can remember how filthy the air was in this country before this took effect. That's what they want to return to, so they can have more money. That's it.
Probably the most successful piece of legislation in US history, measured by social benefit generated per dollar spent. Also wildly popular, across demographics.

Without any public discussion or consultation of Congress, the Trump administration has effectively killed it.
The Trump administration has “virtually stopped enforcing the Clean Air Act,” lodging just one consent decree in a relatively small case since Trump’s inauguration, compared with 26 in the first year of Trump's first term, & 22 in Biden’s first year. peer.org/under-epas-z... 1/

MIller’s enthusiasm for maximum cruelty and racism are hurting Trump. But since it helped him on the way to/back to power (and because Trump has always been deeply racist), it’ll be hard for Trump to be persuaded to dump him.

But…dare to dream.

Here's the thing, Greg — free speech is still protected by the First Amendment under the Constitution.

If you want folks to stop saying you're the secret police who are kidnapping and killing people, maybe stop acting like the secret police who are kidnapping and killing people.
