"While I understand (or at least hope) that 2b is meant to ban real life depictions of bestiality and animal abuse, the wording is too vague and can be used to go after furry artists who aren't doing anything wrong. I'm also concerned about the possible banning of consensual non-consent (CNC) content which many women consume, especially in literary erotica. Power dynamics in sex are a very important aspect, and are depicted in various ways that are consensual. I'm also worried about silencing abuse victims who use this type of content to take power back for themselves in a safe way. There's also the question of where something like BDSM and other roleplay kinks are going to get hit by this ban. There's too many variables here. Look into what happened to tumblr when they banned porn. Being too strict WILL have a negative impact on bluesky's usebase. People will leave. I love this place too much to want to see you guys destroy it the same way tumblr and other platforms have by making similar mistakes. Thank you for letting us speak up and I hope you take the concerns seriously." As mentioned in my initial comment, the sexual content guidelines are too vague and broad which will impact artists negatively. Especially furry artists given the lack of clarification on whether sexual content of anthropomorphic animals are banned or not. This should not be seen as the same as real life bestiality. Neither should roleplay based kinks such as BDSM, which currently would go against the guidelines. To give a main stream example, Game of Thrones would be banned from bluesky based on these guidelines
