I wasn’t really ready for King Charles. I already have complicated feelings about the British monarchy and colonialism, but the choice words and decision to hold his brother to account will make it much easier to carry coins and paper money with a King’s image on them. Better late than never.

The world is on fire. I decided to share that I use a non-stick frying pan to avoid the added angst of cleaning a non-stick pan used by others so I can just make breakfast. That’s it. Now I have energy to make the world a more inclusive and diverse space.

My hot take is that if there is a single corporation so essential to national interests that the government allows its employees to exercise their Charter right to collective bargaining for 10 minutes before calling it illegal, then that company should be broken up.

Marc was the chancellor at Carleton when I did my BA & he laughed along & gave me a big hug when my very proud parents made - a lot - of noise at my name call.
An RMC grad, he also rose in the House to condemn how I was treated there in 2014.
