I stuck it in aseprite, made it smaller and used indexed colours from my custome palette. I quite like how this looks, but it still doesn't have enough flavour to it.

Tried to do a #background study. God I suck at these. Honestly, if anyone can give me like a STARTING POINT for learning backgrounds I would love to hear it. I'm not talking about landscapes, necessarily. I'm talking about environments in which to add (a) focal character(s).
