Busy, busy day, but feel so much better for it. Nearly a week without a smoke, and now my foot is fixed, a brisk 5 km beach walk at lunchtime. Onwards and upwards!

Weekend dump : "borrowed" some coffee beans from work to see me through the weekend. Lobbed them in my machine, and those which had fallen into the bottom of my bag... I didn't see the broken zip part that also went in.
So I've bummed myself royally and broke my coffee machine.

I am watching what is happening in Minneapolis on Ali Velshi and one of the ICE officers (off camera) literally says, “It’s like Call of Duty. Pretty cool huh?” as they shoot whatever it is they are shooting. Agents walking around, guns unholstered for no reason. This is insanity

I'm à bit shy about my feet, but I've been in toothachey sort of pain for about a year with my little toe, exacerbated by cold weather, so finally, with a big push from my collègues, booked an app with a podologue.
5 minutes later, a bit of debriding, and im now pain-free.
Result fuckers 💪
