Thinking about how bsky has the most horrible setting turned on by default that says "i don't want to see any other languages except English" and if no one tells you to put it on "no selection" you straight up won't see posts from people set to different languages on your TL.
And if you feel like it's getting worse, yes, it is. Non US traffic here is minimal. And criticising it, you get "skill issue" or "it's not an echo chamber!"

- top surgery is delayed. if it weren't covid it'd still be up in the air
- i am now on a waitlist. there's a small chance i get a february surgery date
- if not, i have a backup date in june
- my state's healthcare will likely cover top surgery?!?
