Identifying reliable sources is sooo important in education. I didn’t realize how many people don’t cite their sources until social media infographics took over.
Millennials didnt grow up w/ a societal embracing of the internet. There were LOTS of guardrails in the form of:
- computer classes teaching what REAL sources were (.org, .net, .com differences, what BLOGS were and how they werent news)
- safety classes about predators & the internet being FOREVER

Identifying reliable sources is sooo important in education. I didn’t realize how many people don’t cite their sources until social media infographics took over.
Even if things look bleak in the moment, remember that the pressure breeds innovation. You may loosen your grip sometimes when you are tired, but never let go.
