In a democracy based on freedom and the rule of law, we don’t jail public officials—or anyone—because of policy disagreements. We need everyone to repudiate this nonsense because a president cannot act as a prosecutor, judge, jury and dictator.

It is a salute to generations of labor organizers, who had the AUDACITY to demand respect, fair pay, & work/life balance (still fighting for that one, for REASONS) from the wealthy elite. and i hate focusing on this because the problem is that the police are assaulting and arresting TONS of people who've done nothing wrong. but there is ample documentation of them breaking the law and their own policies assaulting press. this is not up for debate or arguable.
