I know it's frustrating when lawyers point out when something the administration is doing is not legal. But responding with "the law doesn't matter anymore" is really unhelpful and defeatist. Clarifying the law is important because it reminds us not to comply in advance and to resist and take action

So one of the most vulnerable populations shouldn’t get vaccinated against diseases that had increased child mortality rates prior to vaccination during a time when herd immunity is about to fall apart. Stupid.

In the week since Charlie Kirk’s assassination, Russia, Iran and China have spread thousands of false or incendiary claims about what happened to the conservative activist, in an effort to stoke political divisions or to portray the U.S. as a dysfunctional country.
Drove through the streets once walked by John Lewis and MLK this weekend. Peaceful dissent, speaking truth to power and getting into “good trouble” is still needed today. If we are at the precipice of a dictatorship, let them find a wall of opposition because we refuse to let history repeat itself.
