Compton, CA: A masked, heavily-armed man wearing body armor jumped out of a SUV today to kidnap a local resident.

He forgot to put the vehicle in park, causing it to roll down the street damaging other cars. He jumped in the vehicle (which had no platess) and drove off without identifying himself.

Ted Cruz "hates communists" because Cuban President Fulgencio Batista, who was *not* a communist, imprisoned and tortured Cruz's father for helping Fidel Castro, who *was* a communist and who freed Cruz's father from the non-communist prison. Proving, once again, that Cruz speaks absolute rubbish.

Today is #WorldRefugeeDay.

Refugees have been forced to flee their homes - no one chooses that. They deserve safety, dignity and a fair chance to rebuild their lives.

This is the language of a Labour Govt @uklabour.bsky.social ? A decent amount of benefit, which allows the sick to live comfortably, apparently 'increases sickness'. Nye Bevan would be horrified to see you demonise the vulnerable so.

And he was helped by some of the most overconfident, blood-thirsty figures in American public life.
