Old lefty Irish bloke in London. Weirdly fascinated by British Leyland jalopies. Billy No Mates' less popular brother.

Unlike its domestic rivals, Chrysler opted not to design its own small car for North America at the start of the '70s. Instead it imported the Hillman Avenger from its UK subsidiary, rebranding it as the Plymouth Cricket. A fairly short-lived model, it mainly sold as a 4-door sedan. #weirdcarbs

Of the three collaborations jazz singer Cab Calloway made with cute cartoon legend Betty Boop, this 1933 Dave Fleischer-directed “Snow White” is probably the most successful.

Saw someone strutting through town today, ostentatiously swigging Perrier straight out of a litre bottle. Very aggressive act - white cider is appropriate on Briggate, NOT Perrier.

This is the oppression ladder in action. A black lesbian counts for less than a white man who claims to be a woman.

BTW: this man has served time for drug dealing and has domestic abuse on his record.

How can anyone think this is OK?
