#BirdOfTheDay theme is actually #colorful so I'll pay a fine of having to post two pics. Pair of Rainbow Bee-Eaters (Merops ornatus) and a Pale-headed Rosella (Platycercus adscitus).

Holidaying in the middle of the setup for next week's Gold Coast Supercars. Makes walking to the beach and shops interesting. 😆

A pair of Pale-headed Rosellas visited our Banksia and Tuckeroo trees. They are my favourite parrot. I heard them before I saw them. Glorious!

Steam's Autumn sale is on and you can get THE LONG DARK for a good price. If you aren't ready to jump into our WINTERMUTE story mode, you can buy SURVIVAL MODE on its own and upgrade later. This also opens up the TALES FROM THE FAR TERRITORY DLC.

Need help with interloper? Check out my latest behemoth of a video, outlining all you need to know from spawn to first hunt. Done on vanilla TLD, though I highly recommend the Tales DLC if you don't have it.

My 3 1/2 year old granddaughter heard us talking about New Zealand. She wanted us to 'build' NZ in the lounge room. The diamond stars in the sky was the big task. I'll worry about the sticky tape on the wall later. 🙂

Two Tawny Frogmouth's perched on the window shutters at Wolston Farmhouse in Wacol, Brisbane. What a magnificent bird. The first is about 35-40cm long (14-16 inches), the second was smaller and had an eye open.

Hello! It's no doubt partly due to my spectacularly poor marketing skillz, but sales of prints have been pretty woeful of late. So if you are after a gloomy antidote to all this pesky fine weather and sunshine etc, do have a gander. Reposts also much appreciated. sarahcoomershop.etsy.com
