Thank you for the work you are doing. I was first thrilled to follow AltNPS, and to see the engagement on their page on FB. I was a bit curious to know more who they were, who were these "coalition members", but never got any sort of insights. Also the numbers shenanigans, yeah... 🤷‍♀️

After seven years of experimentation, a team of researchers
produced, through selective breeding, adult corals capable of resisting marine heat waves—a useful trait in an ever-warming world. Their work showed that corals can become better adapted to warming within a single generation.
