Our Conistas are trained to use a spatula (NOT a scoop!) which is the most suited tool to serve our gelato to prepare cones and cups.
Portions are served by weight (NOT by scoops).
If in doubt ask our staff to check the weight on the scale. They'll be happy to re-do it in case of non-conformity 😄
