I will probably just revise that and start talking about my "fluffy skills".
Just learned in a project management training that "soft skills" are now called "power skills". I guess the old term wasn't hard and masculine enough. 😂

(Politik - Deutschland) Geschlechtergerechte Sprache in der Feuerwehr war der CDU in Friedrichsdorf ein Dorn im Auge. Sie setzte im Stadtparlament die Abschaffung durch. Der grüne Bürgermeister stellte dann alles auf die weibliche Form um - und die CDU ist immer noch unglücklich.

Completing level 46 of #Wanikani has been my fastest level ever since way back level 2, almost 2 years ago.
I am amazed at how natural kanji feel by now. How the various components building a kanji pretty much form memes in my head on their own by now. What an amazing learning journey. 💖

I learned a #Japanese pronoun for "I" (吾輩 wagahai), wondering why a pic-search found almost only cat pics.
Turns out, ever since classic novel "Wagahai wa neko de aru" - "I am a cat" it's associated with cats and other animals for the "old-fashioned, superior dignity" feel 🐈
