I think it's a mixture of a lot of moving parts. Trying to get back into productivity but hammered by snow storm, work being weird, depression/burnout fighting back, dead dad day, then SURPRISE, PMS!!

I didn't even bother to put on a sports bra. I just did it because my goal is for it to be done, not for it to be perfect or even ideal. That can come later
