It finally happened, I finally broke under pressure

I

I stopped myself from using em dashes in a situation, out of fear someone may assume I used genAI instead of writing something myself

I hate this

I love em dashes, always used them, I have the ASCII number memorized

But I admit defeat

Cool thing about keeping reptiles and amphibians is sometimes you wind up placing orders for live insects and squeezy package things of a roach and fruit puree for delivery to your house.

Pro tip; wear gloves if you're staining wood, cause other wise you will use a shitload of rubbing alcohol swabs to get that off your fingers and then your wife will see them in the wastebasket and ask if you are okay in frightened tones.

Not that i'm speaking from experience. Just heard tell.

if i learn that the little girl in the pink hat with bear ears who spent our entire bus ride staring with rapt interest at the cover of the book i was reading and singing that one song from kpop demon hunters had anything less than a great day i will be really annoyed.

I think i can count on one hand the number of times i have made a non weird pastry dough that has the correct hydration.

Weird crusts are fine for some reason. If it has like cheese or poppy seeds or a blend of flours and some olive oil we're golden, but normal pastry eludes me.

Hit me today that i could roll up a vampire the masquerade character who ocassionally loses his grip on modern english and starts speaking with like a Shakespeare original pronunciation accent. Brilliant idea.

On an unrelated note nobody will play vampire the masquerade with me.

Went looking for foxfire book three at a used bookstore. Found foxfire 12. So i was in the right section, but that's still nine too many foxfires.

It's snowing. the dog is very perplexed.

Seems likely that it won't accumulate to shovelable depth until later than shovelling is practical.

I say to myself "i have no obligations or responsibilities for the next bit, i think i'll play my dulcimer". Exact moment i get my tuner app open somebody rolls down the street with their stereo turned up way beyond a sensible level. So, interesting to note, the app can pick that up.

My bullfrog has been in the aquatic side of his tank since yesterday. I would really like it if he moved, i need to clean there. I could remove him, but i don't really feel like having the argument.

One of my frogs is eyeing me from across the room. I assume he has realized i, too, am meat.

Fun fact; i was attempting to play scotland the brave on a dulcimer yesterday and he kept croaking loudly. I don't know if that was objection or cooperation.

Okay, so. Sometimes you get file folders with foldy metal prongs. The idea, you see, is that you hole punch the paper and then put the prongs through the hole(s) . I reccomend doing that. Bit of professional advice for you, there.

The business i got Manic (pictured below for reference) from is currently selling banded bullfrogs, aka the other bullfrog i was watching for at the reptile expo the day i got Manic. If i was planning on getting more frogs right now it would be like they saw me coming

This is Hector. Hector is a cranwell's horned frog. Hector is like owning a pet rock with complex emotional needs. Hector is an unmitigated delight. He makes an undignified sound lie a duck playing the kazoo badly

-tukey bacon rocks
- carnation milk is a very good dairy product to add to coffee
-red current jelly pairs well with white meats
- pancakes made with a blend of flours are really good. Try about 1/3 millet flour by volume.
-just right was the best cold cereal and should be revive
Ok, controversial food takes but WITHOUT yucking other people’s yums.

Here goes:

- Best fruit: grapefruit
- IPAs are Very Good
- Seltzer >> water
- Subway is a good restaurant, and when you are on the road it becomes a great restaurant
