This after Elon Musk and others poured millions into anti-transgender advertisements in the state.

The anti-trans panic failed in Wisconsin.

This is a major victory for LGBTQ+ people in the state.

Trump signed another EO targeting the law firm Jenner and Block. Among the reasons cited, litigating cases defending trans people and immigrants.

They are the firm litigating the ACLU challenge to the executive order banning gender affirming care for trans youth.

Over the last 15 years, we’ve defeated an average of 92% of anti-LGBTQ bills—even as those bills have soared in number.

These fights are winnable. Don’t give up.
