Hi new followers! Guess I'll introduce myself 😅
I'm Gavin: currently Project Programming Lead on R6 Mobile at Ubi Montréal. I've also worked on 5 Assassin's Creed titles across gameplay, AI, and mission systems. Before all that I helped develop Blur, which no one played, but I'm proud of!

I really love the Fast & Furious movies and have crossed the country to watch them in a cinema with good friends, but there's no way I'm seeing the next one if they put a gross AI Paul Walker homunculus in it.

Ok so I tried Highguard and it seems pretty good (???). Had a really fun first match that came down to the wire, and besides some audio issues (hard to determine where enemies are), it seems quite polished and to have a good flow of adrenaline and quieter moments during the Raid match.

Gosh, TR-49 by @inkle.co is really delightful. I'd describe it as Obra Dinn with a complementary radio play that runs in parallel without disturbing the puzzle mechanics. If the challenge of having to make three correct choice at once in similar games puts you off, TR-49 is much more forgiving!

I know the world is on fire and talking about videogames can feel a little tone deaf, but I just finished The Drifter and it's easily one of the best adventure games I've ever played. 10/10, no note: just start to finish an incredible experience that I wish I could forget and play all over again
