FUN FACT OTD:
blood can be more than just the standard red we know!! while hemoglobin is red, there is also blue hemocyanin, yellow hemolymph, pink hemerythrin (when oxegenated), & green chlorocruorin. some lizards also carry green hemoglobin, caused by excess biliverdin!

My big, big issue with Meta, OpenAI, and the like is that somehow doing incredibly dodgy things is claimed as uncontrollable because doing it at scale.
If we just crime big enough it can’t be crime? If we can’t make money following laws but we break them at scale it’s now not criming?

nudibranchs are able to repurpose the cells of their food, using them in their own bodies! some use this to create stinging cerata that deter prey (ex. blue sea dragon), and some can even use cells from algae to photosynthesis (ex. lettuce leaf slug)
