So glad me and my teen got our shots in September. My husband refuses any vaccines. He got one Covid vax and said no more. He does have an amazingly strong immune system but it still worries me. #GetVaxxed

I said two years ago that the big accounts were not going to lead and that's still largely true. X is a Nazi site that Elon Musk manipulates to his own ends, and those ends include allowing AI-generated CSAM. You should not help it persist.

This gets at why I left Twitter completely: as a person whose account was more audience than creator, I was audience for the advertisers willing to pay for space despite Musk's clear right-wing extremism. Just being there and scrolling meant giving those ads views.
Adjacency/avoidance emerged as concepts in the adtech space in response to adult content: posts that brands might not want to be next to for "family friendly" reasons. It makes sense in that context (non-harmful but situationally unsuitable); not so much re: actual dangerous content.
