@1988toppspodcast.bsky.social catching up on past episodes and got around to Bert Blyleven. Man, you guys were way off on him. Like, egregiously bad takes on some cases. No worries, loving the pod, but just wanted to go thru some of the reasons Blyleven is clearly a HOFer.

If Goldschmidt continues to regress, he's basically Rizzo with better defense. Not what you want but doesn't kill you either. If he can bounce back to 2023 levels, that's a great help. My only real issue is that he's another RHH.

It was a tremendous missed opportunity that Lyman Ward's character in Planes, Trains & Automobiles wasn't Tom Bueller.
