One thing I miss about being young is the cat distribution system. Back when I was 12, it was like we had cats falling in our lap every year. Now getting a cat is a fee, a letter from the landlord, allowed in limited quantities. I just want some cats, man.

One of the things I dislike about people being all 'the community should feed people, it shouldn't be the responsibility of the government!' is that, like...the country should be a unified community. Gov. benefits are large scale community helping the downtrodden.

We went up north the other day to get a xmas present for Mally, and that path takes us past Fury's vet. So if you think for one second I didn't think 'oh shit, we forgot the cat!' when we got close to it, you'd be wrong.

Went to swap nose rings out and managed to not quite open the ring far enough, so it managed to get caught with each end of the ring stabbing me in different parts of the nose. I think that hurt worse than getting it done to begin with.

The other day I was talking to Jer about perfume sizes and how I don't think I would EVER get through a full ounce bottle because it's SO MUCH PERFUME. And 2 days later I get a notif that I won a full ounce bottle of perfume.

After losing about a month to feeling like a rancid slug and basically losing the end of October to being exhausted, it's finally time to go to the doctor. Considering that I'm about 3% Sudafed by weight at this point, I'm guessing sinus infection.

I need to redo my stripes, so I washed my hair but DIDN'T condition since the colours take better on unconditioned hair and blech, yuck. I forgot how CRONCHY the bleached bits are when they haven't been coddled.

There's nothing like getting ready for bed, brushing your teeth with your bubble fruit flavoured toothpaste, then having a good swish with some wild watermelon mouthwash to really make you feel like a totally functional adult.

Fury keeps going to his treat spot (the spot he goes to let me know he wants treats) and when I get up to give him some he goes 'nah, psych,' and then goes to his greasy cat spot to beg for coconut oil instead. Why is this cat so in love with coconut oil??

idk what's going on - weather, humidity, curse of Thor - but I'm static zapping EVERYTHING lately. Shopping carts, the car, Mally, Jer, Fury's sweet little ears. I zapped myself so hard on a shelf the other day, Mally heard it from 3 feet away.

One thing that bothers me about CoinStar machines in banks is that if I'm rolling up to a bank with coins I'm either:
- a child that has been saving pennies to get a special treat
or
- broke as a joke
Either way, I don't want $.07 per dollar sucked away from me.
