Kitten update: today our girl added a new thing back, being a hair tie thief, which was part of her daily routine. What makes this special is this not just cat behavior coming back, this is part of her personality coming back.

Kitten update: reg vet says our girl’s recovery looks great! Bloodwork and X-rays confirm she’s on the mend. Hematocrit almost normal (0.2% low), she’s gaining back lost weight, and all else points to >95% chance of recovery!

I am of the opinion that no settlements or NDAs should be allowed in any lawsuits in which the merits of the case rely on criminal actions by the defendant.
