I believe in calling workers by their name. They start the call introducing themselves? Hell yeah Amber what’s good. They have a name tag on? Perfect Brody thank you for helping. Using people’s real names is so impactful. Connection! Community! Treat people like people!!

The lack of midnight releases for books is becoming very sad. I do remember the joy of going to what was basically a mini book convention.
Sunrise on the Reaping comes out next week and I’m so sad there isn’t a midnight release. I’d be all over that like in the olden days! Wish we had more independent bookstores around us
