When the Prince Edward Viaduct was built in 1919, a subway platform was added underneath, even though it wasn't used for another half a century. Today, that platform connects Castle Frank station to Broadview, and the East End to the rest of Toronto. If only Metrolinx had that vision!

Councillor Perks is entirely correct. Shown in purple are the newly designated avenues in #TorontoStPauls, which will now have less restrictive zoning, helping people from all backgrounds call Toronto home.
