I'm a doctor. I'm also schizophrenic, which is something my colleagues & patients don't know. My schizophrenia makes me a better doctor. Whenever I have a complicated case or a medical mystery, the voices I hear in my head help me to get to the bottom of it & treat the patient.

The lean towards far more speed cameras and average speed cameras is much more dangerous than the speeding it's aiming to prevent.
I spent as much time checking my speed earlier on the A5 between Dunstable and MK, than I did paying attention to what was going on around me.

2nd Jiu Jitsu session of the week in the bag. Got revenge on the decent white belt this week. Then got wrecked by 2 purple belts.
The 3rd round was a big struggle considering I was having difficulty breathing under round no2's pressure.
But I got through it. Good to be back 😁

Felt great to be back and even better to have ridden there and back on the bike with the weather we've had.
In particular the dark ride home with next to nobody on the roads.

When I say together, I mean I overtook cars and he's clearly much more confident than I am, since every time I did, he stayed behind me!
Same bike as me too, just in white, so we're basically now friends for life 🥰

Accidentally been on 2 rides today 😍
Accidentally because I went on a fun ride for about an hour and a half, then got back and realised my son's school shoes were in my boot.
So I had to do another hour on some of my favourite roads to drop them back to him. *Sigh*
