The final paper from my PhD is out as a pre-print! We applied the social identity approach to leadership to understand the role of online support group moderators in shaping group members' experiences and health outcomes

It was great being in Manchester this week for #UKHSA25. I attended interesting talks on applying behavioural science in incident response; improving health outcomes in prisons; effects of climate change on vector-borne diseases; and antimicrobial stewardship in social care
