Someone rebuked me for saying out loud what everyone knows:

WE NEED A PEACEFUL NONVIOLENT REVOLUTION IN GOVERNANCE, SOCIETY, AND ECONOMICS.

It's not only me saying that. Here's what the Executive Director of the United Nations Environment Program wrote in October 2022:

Which would be a travesty and a disgrace. But yeah a probable outcome.
The court wouldn't have to with Starmer as PM .. he would negotiate a settlement. More likely the BBC do, or Starmer gets involved and they do a token sum settlement .. which for Trump means $15m.

If the universe is a simulation, it's a shit game. If there's a god, he needs to see a psychiatrist before playing creation games again (god is definitely male to have made this shizzle). If it's all a meaningless charade of consciousness playing with itself, please stop the mind games.

Asking #ClimateSky and #GreenSky scientists' views. Are we locked in to Pliocene temps of 2.5⁰ - 4⁰ even if WE STOPPED BURNING FF TODAY? I'm told 50% of you believe so.

Data centres are a largely unnecessary artefact of the surveillance capitalist state. A few tech bros got very rich from the network effects of computers and first mover advantage. They aren't cleverer than the rest of us and their money is toxic to politics. All great wealth is toxic to politics.
You know how annoying it is that you have to go through filling out a whole bunch of details on a website when you just want to buy a T-shirt? There's a solve for that. Your data could be your data, shared only when you wish, and only for the purposes you choose. Tim Berners Lee has a solve that ...

It seems Labourites don’t understand something, nobody gives a fuck what policies from the manifesto no one read in 2024. Labour were voted in to vote the Tories out, being the Tories puts a target on their backs in the next election.

Our leaky housing hangs round the neck of the UK economy like a lead weight, dragging households towards poverty and will do so forever or until some government or other has the courage and vision to invest in sorting it out.
Cutting the insulation schemes that are one of the best ways to permanently reduce energy bills for low income families would be an eyewateringly daft & counterproductive way of seeking to reduce energy bills, as well as driving up emissions & leading to mass job cuts in the insulation sector 🙄

Class warfare has always been the rich throwing grenades at the poor & the poor trying to catch them in buckets before they explode.

Class warfare is NOT the obscenely rich becoming minutely less obscene by not hoarding all the resources & lowering the income gap.

The first election Republicans stole.
25 years ago today: the most consequential presidential election of my lifetime. 36 days later, it was effectively decided by the Supreme Court. Justice Sandra Day O'Connor, who voted with the majority, would later she regretted that the court accepted the case.
