I've been hounding on it but I love how very different Xalavier's list is from so many others I've seen. This year has had too many fucking incredible video game to sit here and publish a definitive list.

Aside from the terrible shit that keeps happening to me, I AM on a two week vacation and using this time to (try to) relax.
Last night I watched Rush Hour 1 and tonight I watched 2. There's a lot of stuff in those that have aged poorly but the physical comedy has held up so well.

I'm glad we got to shine a tiny light on all the stuff I did in Chapter 3 that got cut!
And while it was good stuff, cutting it was absolutely the right move, and I think Chapter 3 is much, much better for it.

This game, it's online play, its soundtrack, was, has, and likely will continue to be huge for me. One of my favorite games of all time, with a look and a sound that no other game, even its sequels quite captured. It's one of those SEGA games brimming with a style that you can't get anywhere else

This game, it's online play, its soundtrack, was, has, and likely will continue to be huge for me. One of my favorite games of all time, with a look and a sound that no other game, even its sequels quite captured. It's one of those SEGA games brimming with a style that you can't get anywhere else

I don't quote to dunk, I just quote to share that: this scene kicked ass, and I really enjoyed Progressive and Alternative.
They were very different things from FLCL but I thought they were cool little stories in a world I loved.
