- Research communities set-up #openaccess publishing system based on open source framework operated by libraries
- researchers share and review their contributions to science
- IT department develop an open source framework for transparent citation and rating system

The irony here is that academics don’t just write the articles for free—we also referee and edit for them for free. Something is deeply broken.

▶️ The National Hydrogen Strategy sets an electrolysis capacity target of 10 GW(el) in 2030.
