💪 One million Europeans work in clean tech jobs. That is 2 jobs per 1,000 people and twice the level of 2010.

But clean tech employment varies across countries - Lithuania leads with 5.4 jobs per 1,000 people.

Nature and climate funding must now be articulated as infrastructure: as essential to food systems, public health, energy stability and geopolitical resilience. In security terms, biodiversity is not sentimental, it is strategic.

The message is clear: climate change should be prioritised as a security crisis, not just an environmental one

Amazing: India has electrified 94% of its rail lines, half of this over the last decade.

The driver? Reduce reliance on diesel imports.

As India decarbonises its electricity production, this will accelerate the decarbonisation of its economy.

Indeed, put computer racks in buildings to produce domestic hot water with PV panels via data production and the problem by reducing the inhabitant energy bill. Finance those racks as blockchain tokens delivering data and hot water in a tank, it seems that there is an opportunity there to everyone.
“Data centers more closely resemble modern factories and other industrial facilities than they do the vast, job-intensive projects of last century,” @robinsonmeyer.bsky.social writes.

That spells trouble for American reindustrialization.

This is a problem of project management: every adaption requires long term planning not just ignition 🧨 . Not understanding the system typically leads the CEO to be fired in capitalistic systems, CEO to be transferred in a lower grade position in communistic system. Self retirement in democracy ?

Interesting but some missing information:

1 ton of oil=
- 500 $ in which 50$ goes to Russia
- 3.2 ton of CO2e
- 600-1800 $ of social cost (expect cost of reparation) (1 to 3 $/$oil)

Oil in Switzerland 🇨🇭
- 1.4 bCHF/year => Russia 0.14 bCHF/y
- debt to future generation: 1.7 - 5.0 bCHF/y
