It is difficult to grasp with the recent death of a friend of mine, who was the same age as me, shared the same mental illness struggles, and died of a heart attack while I’m dealing with my own issues with high blood pressure. I’m scared.

I feel like it’s some kind of vicious circle where you’re going through some rough times and no one gives a shit, but as soon as you hint at something, “Everybody is like, hey buddy, haven’t heard from you in a while. Let’s catch up!”
