A really excellent article written so us laypeople can understand. I will be long gone by the time the sun and earth say goodbye but I send my thanks now for all their hard work. And sorry us humans have completely screwed earth.

Bog butter is quite literally animal fats (butter!) stored in bogs as a refrigeration of sorts. Seems lots of folks forgot about their treasures, as evidenced by a 50 pound slab recently discovered in #Ireland by a “distinct smell of a cheesy butter”. Bon appetit!🏺

Final splurge of the day. A very important principle for me - equality. Too much #inequality now globally. It seeps into every realm of life. From wealth to health. Too much with too few. I despair for humankind but we are the biggest bunch of assholes at times

Libraries should be prescribed when you don’t feel well. Libraries kept me going when I was very poorly. Walk to library, browse books, get inspired. Pick book. Go home, read. Get absorbed in a good book and problems disappear for a moment.
