I like how Guster recently played at their old apartment in Somerville, where they pointedly noted that the landlord had made zero improvements in the decades since they lived there, while charging exponentially more
A friend of mine is looking for housing and she found the shitty apartment we lived in 3 years ago going for $700 a month more than we paid with zero material improvements.
