This green flower dress (the most often re-used dress in #StarTrek history) was originally created for Alsia, played by K Callan in #StarTrekDS9's "Rivals". Look how much fun she has wearing it! 😊
I'm going to list all the re-uses of this dress here, including weird appearances and bloopers.🧵 1/11

In season 2 of #StarTrekTOS, there were only 4 episodes in which no food or drink (not even coffee) were seen. May your 2026 never be devoid of new exotic (colourful cubes!) or comfort food to enjoy. Happy new year to everyone! :-)

All the cool kids are doing it, so here is a thread of some of my favorite episodes of my podcast, All Access Star Trek. In March, we talked to Nacelle's Brian Volk-Weiss, not just about his company, but about everything in Star Trek. 1/9

It happens... even to Claire Kincaid.

(It probably helped that Morgan Gendel was the story editor at L&O at the time.)

Had fun contributing to this puppy. I can't believe my favorite SNW episode of the year had a f-ing Gorn in it. 😂

This was so much fun! I never get tired of talking about this episode.
In April we took a brief hiatus but then came back in May with a new look and a line-up of Geoff with monthly guest hosts.
We started this new era by taking a look back at the Voyager two-parter The Killing Game with guest host Laurie Ulster, @floobish.bsky.social .

This. I don't care what kind of tour she's on, she hasn't made up for her past shit and she's still moving forward with more. She's just pissy now because she's not one of his favorites anymore.
i don't know who needs to hear this but no one should believe anything MTG says

Hello new follower! I used to make cool Star Trek merch, but sometimes I pitched ideas that got confused looks. Here are a few that never made it past the prototype stage:

Tholian Web Heat-Change Mug
TOS Cookie Jar
TOS Horta Candy Disk
Klingon Kitchen Knife Block

On her birthday, remembering the extraordinary Nichelle Nichols, Lt. Uhura on Star Trek, The Animated Series (where she voiced multiple characters), and in 6 movies. She worked with NASA on recruitment. but started her career as a singer with Duke Ellington & Lionel Hampton.

This insult was said about me, and I wish I could forget it, but I can't.

Many years ago, my co-worker Mara and I were smoking cigarettes (when such things were still allowed indoors) and a female colleague of ours walked in, saw us, and sighed. "Mara's too pretty to be smoking," she said.
What's an insult you'll never forget?

WHO GIVES A DAMN?

It’s a public service, right there in the name. It exists as a public good for all the people in this country. It’s not supposed to turn a profit, you dolts.

Go audit the Pentagon and see what kind of return on investment we’re getting there.

"It's 2025, and we're sharing bootlegs of a '60 Minutes' segment broadcast in other countries because our own nation is being run by fascists and their billionaire-owned state media helpers."

Great summary (with a key history lesson) from Charlotte Clymer.
