When I needed a hysterectomy due to severe endometriosis & adenomyosis, I was repeatedly denied

I don't remember the source, but a joke that has stuck with me through the years is "I'm not so worried about the lazy and incompetent as I am about the hyperactive and incompetent."

How can he not realize a) reservoirs are used as both flood control and storage; and b) not every reservoir serves every part of California? Does he not understand the size of our state? Does he realize you can't make water flow over a mountain range?

How can he not realize a) reservoirs are used as both flood control and storage; and b) not every reservoir serves every part of California? Does he not understand the size of our state? Does he realize you can't make water flow over a mountain range?
