I've published the next episode of "The Cleansing" on #WorldAnvil.
This is a "building" episode, as in things are fairly calm. If you discount Naja nearly trampling down Vider's highly sophisticated and irreplaceable lantern anyway.

After yesterday's struggle, I wrote a scene for the next "book", called "The Seventh".
Whether anyone reads it, I completed "Skirmishes and Schisms" on @worldanvil.com and I have another full novel draft on my computer called "Wrenched".
I guess that makes me a #writer.

To say this month's been "hard" is something of an understatement.
It feels like life and everything else is out to stop me from writing or drawing. I have started a drawing, but it's nowhere near finished.

While feeling ill, I've been working on #drawing a couple of characters for my #writing. Not sharable...yet.
My challenges:
- The same male character in formal wear and at a different angle in camping/outdoor wear.
- The same female character but at two different ages because of when she appears.

Hey, most of my family have come down with some bug or other and it's aggravated my own long-term health issue.
But after food, caffeine and meds, I've written a plan for the next few scenes of my serial fiction and started writing.
I'm also partway through drawing Findat.

As a #drawing exercise today, I roughly sketched a new impression of "The Chronicler" (aka Add'màr).
To make it scalable and okay in digital I applied some GIMP smoothing. I will have to redraw this digitally I think, as I'm not using online tools to re-draw or generate it.

Are there any #WorldAnvil users that also utilise #Firefox? I was using the "new" article creator modal, but then needed to add a secret (another modal on top) and that seemed to cause my system to freeze up.
I'm just wondering if other FF users have had that or if I've messed something up? Thanks!

Well, I got super annoyed with myself for losing a handwritten chapter, so I have sat down and re-written it.
It's still handwritten (which hurt, I have chronic pain, yay). But it's sat in front of me at the computer.
There it will stay until typed up.
It better had anyway.

My main issue is that - and I'm clear about this - my writing name is different to my legal name. I have logical and above-board reasons for this.
But because of that, I'm forced to have them scan my face, which makes me *intensely* uncomfortable.

PS if you've sent me a DM recently, I have to go through the necessary, but laborious process of "Age Verification", before I can read it.
I'm not young - and my eyes could probably pass for 5-10 years older at times.

The Aevyormii had a beatiful Crystal Tree - a gift from Nature. They treasured it. The Tree radiated colours until the day Qal'ath invaded.
