💯% agree. There is no “fighting back” on the other sites. The algorithms prevent social discourse. Its a waste of time, and more importantly, cess pools of soul sucking hate.
This is a faulty premise. We need to starve these sites of our attention. X is a right wing echo chamber whether we support a neo Nazi or not.

Yes, he’s probably a sexual abuser. Yes, he’s probably an alcoholic who’s frequently drunk on the job. That is all “he said, she said” type stuff and hard to prove. But what is definitely true: being a major in the National Guard in no way qualifies a person to lead the Dept of Defense.
So the Dems are aligned in using the Hegspeth allegations to oppose him. Dumb.
The man is not qualified for the job. That is all that matters. He has never managed more than 100 people. He won't be the actual one running DOD because he has no clue how.

I’ve wondered what the big concern is with TikTok as well. Understand it better after hearing this interview on the Late Show with Stephen Colbert. Although I also agree that something has to be done about other social media platforms.
