It's more important than ever to support your public library. #Libraries are community. They are about opening minds and opening doors. Get a library card, and check out books. Download Libby. Libraries need the stats for funding, which is now uncertain. And thank your librarian.

We love you.

UPDATE! 🌹🎉

I realize not many people have access to much right now, so I put the eBook version of Beyond The Mark down to the lowest I could on Amazon, which is $0.99

Hope this helps it become more accessible, I'd rather continue the story than make money, so I hope you enjoy!

I write futuristic fantasy because I love stories that combine magic with technology, and real relationships with impossible choices.

If you’re curious, Haven Wakes is the best place to start.

One of the things I love most about fantasy readers is how deeply you care about the worlds you discover in books, returning to those worlds as if they’re old friends to catch up with.

I just finished reading Fatman Blues by Richard Wall. It’s a brilliant read, especially if the Blues is your taste in music and you love historical paranormal fiction.

I read, watch, and play (and write) fantasy for the fantasy. Escapism isn't a dirty word to me. I like What Ifs taken to an extreme, unbound by mundane logic or preconceptions, where a writer's imagination can go anywhere it wants. I'm here for the sensory aspect and emotional satisfaction of art.
There are so many wonderful reasons to read fantasy stories, but what is your biggest reason?

For me, it’s definitely the chance to escape into a world of magical possibilities.

Drop me a comment to let me know your reason for reading fantasy.

The way I read and write fantasy is to look at real-world problems through a fantasy lens.
As a child I saw how racism affected Tanis Half-Elven in the Dragonlance books. So when I saw racism in real life, I had a level of empathy and understanding.
Lessons are always better when wrapped in stories.

Fantasy is so often a reflection of our own world that allows a safe space for us to examine ourselves, our beliefs, and the things about our societies that work and dont.

That’s one month almost done with. It’s been a head down few weeks for me. I’m writing the last handful of chapters of book 4 and it’s at this point in each novel that I can feel the resistance starting to dig into my writing motivation.
