I don’t have insurance and my state has a tax penalty, but it’s low compared to the cost of premiums and I’d rather give my state funds for services and infrastructure than give money to an insurance company.

Consider not purchasing health insurance. Cash pay rates are significantly lower than the amounts billed to insurance companies (and therefore you, when paying down your deductible or getting stuck with a bill when a claim is denied).
Not everyone can do this, but if it’s feasible, try it.

Delete meta accounts and X. If you can’t (I can’t delete them all, I manage social media for clients), try deleting apps and just accessing your accounts through your computer. If you can drop some of them but not others, do it.
