For the last 4 years I’ve volunteered twice a week at an urban farm working with transitional youth from foster programs & young adults with developmental disabilities.

As the economic climate has shifted we’ve seen an uptick in break ins & our equipment walking away.

It probably doesn’t help that the character in one of their biggest ad campaigns is very border patrol/ice coded
Modelo's generational heater cooled last year in no small part due to MAGA shock troops' lethal raids on key Hispanic demos all summer. Its parent company's white CEO *still* hasn't mustered the courage to plainly say so publicly.

I dug into the Epstein files for this story.

Jack Horner visited Epstein at Zorro Ranch in 2012, emails show. He later thanked “the girls” as hosts.

Now a Chapman U fellow, Horner regrets using the term in emails.

The university is looking into the files.

with respect to every other outlet, no one has done a better job at covering the cultural impact of Bad Bunny before AND after his Super Bowl performance better than @latimes.com De los section. Here’s a thread, starting with this thoughtful essay on Ricky Martin

Though it lasted only 30 seconds, Martin's Super Bowl moment was a symbolic demonstration of how far Latin music has come in the United States.
