given this is my first try, I'm quite satisfied with my pixel NPCs! Also that I thought of this trick that one can shade the two sides of a character slightly different to give the moving illusion! Since then I looked at some tutorials and of course this is nothing new for veterans, but still 😁

batch 5: Bonus stuff! I made the equipment detachable and can apply it to any adult character (yes, zombie dudette was just dudette with a zombie overlay)! See here Dudette with various add ons:

started messing around a bit with PICO-8 to see if I can use it for prototyping my video game idea.
I've fallen into a rabbit hole of making small dudes and dudettes not bigger than 8x8 pixels that still show different equippment/jobs. Can't belive how much fun I'm having with this 😂

It was George Harrison who funded Life of Brian. He even started the production company HandMade Films to do so, which continued to produce several movies afterwards.

Fun Fact: Monty Python and the Holy Grail was funded by Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin and Elton John because at the time the UK's income tax for the highest earners was around 90% so the used it as a tax write off
