I just re-read the full Declaration of Independence. It's the most illuminating and depressing thing I've read in a while. Highly recommend folks give it a read.

The party of DOGE just voted to extend the 2017 Trump tax cuts, slashing $4.5 TRILLION in government revenue—overwhelmingly benefiting the top 0.1%. At the same time, they backed what will almost certainly be a massive reduction in programs that the bottom 30% of Americans rely on.
